Workflow consulting

We don't just give you software.

We analyze and map your workflows to uncover bottlenecks, streamline operations, and deliver custom solutions tailored to your business goals.

Book a workflow assessment
  1. Analyse

We study how requests, forms and approvals move through your organisation today.

  2. Map

We document each workflow step by step and pinpoint the delays, duplication and bottlenecks.

  3. Deliver

We build, test and launch a solution on WeAutomate tailored to your business goals — and train your team.

Smart approvals

Approval rules that match how your organisation decides.

Set a rule for each step. Assign groups, specific people or the requester's line manager — WeAutomate works out who's next and waits until the rule is met.

  • Different flow per case type — one form, separate chains for travel, salary or transfer requests.
  • Requester chooses approvers — for memos and sign-offs where the route depends on the request.
  • Send back, not start over — return a request to any earlier step for corrections.

Built for organisations that answer to auditors

  1. Secure access

Token-based authentication and group permissions decide who can start, see and approve each process.

  2. Tamper-proof history

Approval logs can't be edited. Each decision is stored once per person, per step, per version.

  3. Your choice of hosting

Use our cloud, or run WeAutomate in your own data centre to keep data in-country.

  4. Open REST API

Connect other systems with a documented API and interactive OpenAPI (Swagger) reference.

FAQ

Questions we often hear

What is WeAutomate?

WeAutomate is a no-code workflow platform delivered as a service. You design request forms, define who must approve each step, and WeAutomate routes every request, notifies approvers, collects decisions and signatures, and keeps a full history — all in your browser.

Do we need developers to set it up?

No. Forms are built by dragging and dropping fields, and processes are created in a three-step designer. Your administrators can build and change processes themselves. If you want help, our team can build your first processes with you.

How long does it take to go live?

A simple process — like a leave request or purchase approval — can be built and tested in an afternoon. Most organisations have their first processes live within a week, including setting up users, groups and line managers.

Can approvers be chosen per request?

Yes. Turn on runtime approvers for a process and the requester picks who approves each step, and in what order, as part of submitting. Those people then approve one after another.

Can a request be sent back for corrections?

Yes. Approvers can approve, reject, or send a request back to any earlier step. The history keeps every version, so you always see what changed and who decided.

Where is our data hosted?

WeAutomate is available as a cloud service, or deployed on servers in your own data centre for organisations with data residency requirements. Access is protected by secure, token-based authentication.
